Moving date TBC.

I have been living in a shared place for nearly 10 years, sometimes l help manage the property. I am quite aware of the privacy and sharing responsibilities of the house. I’m working part-time as a nurse so the only thing for me is that l have to do shift works. I’m maintaining myself clean and tidy so l expect the same to the house. I am not a party person and l don’t smoke, preferably the house has the same rules. I have a car so parking is required for me.
