I'm putting out feelers to see if anyone would like to team up to sign onto a lease with me. I've been looking for one bedders by myself and my dog but thinking it might make more sense to team up with flatmates to get a nicer place and not have to spend $550-600 a week by myself! I am American but have lived in Sydney for 6 years, I do come with a dog who is a recent child of divorce, I have been a live in nanny and lived in share houses my entire adult life so I have lots of references. Working full time majority from home so it would be good if my housemates either are out of the house for work or we have a place with a nice layout that doesn't feel too clastrophobic when we are all working from home together. I really value clean and tidy, am very social, enjoy walks, pilates, drinks, cooking, love my down time too and am pretty chill as long as you can clean up after yourself lolol. My dog Roo is very sweet, you won't have any issues with her! Our house/apartment will have to have a balcony or outdoor area :)
