My husband and I are looking for a clean and comfortable room/studio near a tram station for long-term stay. We are a married couple, both responsible, respectful, and focused on work/study.

Our budget is around $550 per week, which is perfect for us. We are tidy, quiet, non-smokers, and will take good care of the property as if it were our own home.
