I’ve recently gone through a separation and my ex-partner and I lived with her mother. The rent was paid directly from her account and as a result, do not have a formal rental history in my own name. While this means I can’t provide a traditional rental ledger, I am more than happy to supply references, proof of employment and income.
I have a beautiful six-year-old boy named Archie and my priority is to secure a place to create a safe, stable, loving and comfortable home for the two of us. Archie is to stay with me on Friday and Saturday nights but as I am currently living in between friends houses, I haven’t been able to have him stay with me overnight, so I am incredibly eager to find a long term place to settle down and give Archie the stable environment and routine he deserves.
I’m employed full-time as a supervisor for a concrete rigging company and earn a steady income. I’m punctual, hardworking, and reliable—both in my work and personal life. I take pride in looking after my space and would treat your property with great care and respect.
