Hey all I'm Claire a 30yo transwoman I am clean respectful and easy going I am on medical cannabis I only use liquid vapes and not flower but can happy to step outside to have some.

I am super chilled and laid back love a bit of banter but also able to communicate like an adult if there's problems and resolve the issues in a painless manner. I would prefer a female oriented household just feel a little safer and also around the 23-35 age range.

I am in process of finding work but also studying a diploma of counseling.

I am looking for somewhere where I can setup a little loving space for myself and I'm absolutely pet friendly I would love to get a kitten when I am in a position to but also be able to have my good friend and her dog come visit from time to time and even be able to stay over for a few nights when they are feeling a little down.
