My name's Theresa, I'm 25 years old and I'm from Germany. I just moved to Perth in the beginning of October 2025 on a Working Holiday Visa. I've worked as a paramedic in Germany but I decided I need a little break, that's why I'm doing this gap year. I currently live in Nollamara in a shared apartment. I would like a place closer to the beach and the city tho. I currently work four days a week in a cafè in West Leederville. I'm rather introverted but I'm also happy to socialise. I also know when to respect each others space, since my privacy is really important to me as well. I would consider myself very clean, tidy, reliable und responsible. I'm not smoking, I don't do drugs and I don't drink alcohol. In my free time I like to cook, read, listen to music and spend time in the nature.

Ideally I'm looking for a shared apartment in an all female household that is both close to the city and the beach. Good connection to public transportation is necessary for me. I need a furnished room since I just moved to Perth.
