Single woman seeking 2 rooms ASAP.
A bit about me:
Hi, my name is Sam. I am a 36-year-old Aussie single woman (with the occasional teenager) searching for an ensuite room for myself + a spare room. Or a studio / granny flat to rent and in doing so hoping to relocate from Brisbane to Sunshine Coast. I work part-time as mobile make-up artist and event planner. My line of work requires a substantial amount of advertisement to be successful. For this reason I’m seeking somewhere modern that also provides adequate privacy and my own bathroom. When I am home, I will be trialling new styles, posing, showering and repeating haha some people might find it boring. I love it.!! I work away 3-5 days a week and when I am home, I’m just doing my own thing in my own zone quietly. You’ll barely notice me there! I am respectful honest and clean. I am currently single and plan to stay single however I do have teenagers and need to rent a second room in case one should need my help then I can accommodate them as well. If this were to happen of course it would be discussed with you and rent to be adjusted to suit etc.. so ideally if someone has a 4 bedroom home they wish go halves in splitting everything down in the middle, rooms and the bills… This would be perfect. Or even a studio with a large open plan living that I could possibly split into two. If you think you have something suitable, please send through a message.
