Hi, I'm Jess. I'm a single female PhD student looking for a place close to UNSW to stay for at least 4 months. Would prefer long term. I study full time and do casual teaching. Would generally prefer a quieter vibe (mainly at night) but flexible. Budget is $450/week but can be flexible to the right place. I have a 4 year old chihuahua who is fully house trained and very social. I wipe him after every walk & get his nails professionally clipped so they're short and smooth on carpets and furniture. I may keep a puppy of his but that is tbd so 1-2 chihuahuas. I love making new friends so look forward to chatting with you!
