Hi, I’m Sandy — a teacher and long-term renter who’s been in my current home since 2014. I’m looking for a calm, comfortable place near the beach to act as a base while my son transitions to high school. I'm also caring for my elderly mother who is in and out of hospital, so would be between homes and not there very much.
