Hey there! I'm looking for a comfortable, friendly home to settle into while I start my time in Australia. My budget is up to AUD 300 on a week. (please let me know whether that's weekly or otherwise for the listing), and I'm seeking a private bed single room or a flatshare with one or two female roommates (same gender only). I would like access to the living room and kitchen, and I'm happy with either a shared or private bathroom—both work for me.

A little about me: I hold a Working Holiday visa and have just arrived in Australia. I'm currently looking for work, so I'll be out job-hunting and getting settled over the next few weeks. Cleanliness and tidiness are very important to me; I keep my living space neat, always clean up after myself in shared areas, and I’m happy to take turns with chores. I deeply respect other people’s privacy and personal space, and I expect the same mutual respect in return.

Socially, I’m outgoing, bright, and cheerful—I enjoy meeting new people and I get along easily with roommates and housemates. I’m considerate, communicative, and open-minded, and I’m comfortable joining in for occasional meals or chats while also valuing quiet time when needed.
