I’m Paul, and I’ve just started an exciting new chapter — moving from Germany to Perth!

I can’t wait to explore the city, meet new people, and build a life here. I’m currently on a working holiday visa, but my goal is to settle down in Perth rather than travel around. I’m in the process of applying for full-time finance roles and am confident I’ll find the right position soon. In the meantime, I’ve got enough savings to comfortably cover everything.

I’m looking for a shared place that’s clean, social, and ideally located around the city centre or south of the river - closer to the good kite-surfing spots 🤙

I’ve lived in shared apartments for the past 9 years across different cities, so I really enjoy the dynamic of shared living and know how to keep things tidy, respectful, and fun.

I’m a sociable and easy-going person who loves good chats - especially over shared food or a drink. Outside of work, I’m quite active: I enjoy kite surfing, beach volleyball, football, and I’m also keen to start Latin dance classes. With housemates I like to cook, watch a film, play boardgames, go to gigs or join you doing your hobbies. Looking forward to finding a great place and awesome people to share it with.
