Stay length flexible

Hey everyone! 👋

I’m Paul, 28, originally from Germany and living in Perth since late 2025. My current roommates are moving on so I’m looking for a new place and excited to explore a new part of Perth. There’s a good chance I’ll be sponsored after November so I’m flexible with the stay length but ideally looking for 3+ months.

I work full-time during the week for an NGO but still like to stay active and social in the evenings. I’m into beach volleyball, board games, cooking, salsa and dancing - practically anything outdoors and social. Once the wind picks up again you’ll probably find me sailing or kitesurfing most weekends.

I’ve been living in shared houses and apartments for around 10 years across different cities and really enjoy the balance of shared living. I’m easy-going, sociable and always up for a chat, shared dinner or drink, while also respecting personal space and downtime. I’m tidy, considerate and enjoy creating a relaxed and friendly home environment.

Would love to find a place with good vibes and awesome people.
