I’m a full-time professional currently working in a stable position. I’m clean, tidy, and respectful of others’ privacy and personal space. I value a quiet, peaceful home environment and am not into parties or loud gatherings.

In my free time, I enjoy relaxing with Netflix and attending yoga classes. I take good care of the place I live in and always keep common areas neat and organised.

I’m looking for a private room with my own bathroom, preferably close to a train station/metro. I work in Bondi Junction, so I’m hoping to find a place that offers convenient access to Bondi and the CBD.
