I'm a simple easy going man. I'm a tradesman. I have great respect for other peoples property/assets and like to think that my efforts and actions lead to an environment which is welcoming and acceptable. I'm an honest person. I keep to myself generally, and am very disciplined with many basic necessities in life. I seek to not bring added complications to an abode, which is as equally as important to others who share / utilised the same space. I'm studying as I am working full time so am seeking a reasonably quite and orderly place which I can call as my new home.
I prefer to look after myself with cooking and cleaning, and wish to share a place with likeminded folk. Please consider me as an ideal housemate
