I'm a simple easy going man. I'm a tradesman. I have great respect for other peoples property/assets and like to think that my efforts and actions lead to an environment which is welcoming and acceptable. I'm an honest person. I keep to myself generally, and am very disciplined with many basic necessities in life. I seek to not bring added complications to an abode, which is as equally as important to others who share / utilised the same space. I'm studying towards my Electrical qualification whilst working full time for a local Bayswater Electrical company, so am seeking a reasonably quite and orderly place.
I prefer to look after myself with cooking, with keeping things clean and tidy a natural and automatic part of my living standards, and wish to share a place with likeminded folk.
