I'm a 28-year-old Canadian on a working holiday, in my third and final year. I have spent the majority of my first 2 years in regional WA. So I am looking for a change and new home. I am new to Perth so still learning the area. I have previous experience in house shares. I would prefer somewhere I can unwind with movies, dinners with roommates, playing my Switch, and a good book. Clean and respectful, I value personal space but appreciate a friendly atmosphere. I enjoy nights out but will not bring the party home. I love plants so if it's not a problem, I will eventually collect some as well. Thanks!
