My name is Shiv, I’m 32, single, and a working professional. I moved from New Zealand to Australia in December 2024 and recently relocated to Brisbane for the sunny weather and active lifestyle.

I’m currently in Browns Plains and looking for a place closer to the coast. I’m tidy, respectful, and easy to get along with. I own a home in NZ, so I understand how to look after a property. I’ve shared homes before and always had great experiences.

Rent and bills are never an issue — everything will be paid on time. Happy to provide references if needed.
