Leonard and Olivia

Hey everyone!
We’re Leonard and Olivia, both 19 and best friends from Germany. We’ve just finished traveling the East Coast and are now looking to settle down and work in the Gold Coast area.

We’re on a Working Holiday Visa and excited to start working here soon, so we’d love to find a comfortable home — either a flatshare or our own 2-bedroom apartment.

We can move in as soon as possible and plan to stay for at least 3 months (possibly longer if everything works out!).

We’re both relaxed, open-minded, clean, and respectful. We love meeting new people but also enjoy our own space and quiet moments.

What we’re looking for:
2 rooms in a sharehouse or a 2-bedroom apartment
Location: Gold Coast (preferably around Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach, or Burleigh Heads)
Move-in: ASAP
Stay: minimum 3 months
Budget: around AUD 250–350 per week per person, depending on the place
