I’m Brazilian and I’m looking for a quiet, clean and well-maintained home in Sandy Bay, Battery Point, West Hobart, North Hobart or preferably close to the city but still peaceful.

I’m a calm, respectful and organised person, currently a student and working. At the moment, I’m focusing on my studies, so I’m ideally looking for a small household (no more than three people in total) that values a peaceful and relaxed living environment.

I’m a non-smoker, I don’t have pets or children, and I live a quiet routine. I’m also allergic to animals, so I’m preferably looking for a pet-free home. I’m responsible with rent and bills and always take good care of the house and shared spaces.

I’d love to share a home with English speakers, as I’m actively improving my English and enjoy cultural exchange in a natural, day-to-day environment.

I’m flexible and open to both short-term and long-term stays, depending on the arrangement.
