Hi, I’m Joe — early 60's going on 55, Healthy, grounded, respectful, emotionally mature, good sense of humour looking for a calm, clean, and good-vibe sharehouse situation as I transition out of a long-term family home.

I manage several sleep clinics by day, and by night I’m into improv comedy, thoughtful conversation, and quiet cups of tea. I also love bushwalking and weekend camping trips — so I’m often out and about. I’m social but not loud, friendly but independent, and I appreciate shared spaces that are well cared for and don’t feel tooo chaotic.

Emotionally intelligent, and not a fan of drama. I’d love to share with people who are respectful, clean-ish (realistic, not obsessive), and enjoy occasional chats in the kitchen.
