There's rarely a person I've encountered that I don't get along with. I'm a friendly person, agreeable, and I always respect other peoples spaces. I've lived in rentals for majority of my life with family members, so I'm no stranger to the rules and etiquette.

My friend also shares the same qualities and we both understand the importance of communication and responsibilities when it comes to renting.
