My name’s Jade, and I’ll be moving with my small spoodle Charlie - he’s super friendly, well-behaved, and loves a cuddle 🐶

A little about me:
I’ve owned my own home for the past six years, so I’m respectful, tidy, and love a clean space.
I work hybrid full-time, with 2-3 days from home and the rest in the office, so I’m generally quiet during the day.
I’m an early riser, non-smoker, and would need a parking permit or street parking.
I enjoy Pilates, soccer, reading, Netflix binges, and a glass of wine with friends 🍷.
I’m looking for a friendly, easy-going home with like-minded housemates. Ideally, a long-term place (6+ months). I’m happy to be on the lease and can provide references if needed.
