Hi, my name is Thanh (from Vietnam).
I recently graduated with a Master of Architecture from Curtin University and currently live and work in Perth.
I’m on a Post-Study Work Visa (485).

I’m clean, quiet, and responsible.
Non-smoker, no alcohol, no pets, no parties.
No vehicle.

I’m looking to move in around 15 December 2025 and plan to stay at least 6–12 months.
I prefer a peaceful, tidy, and safe living environment.
