About us
We are building a house in Capalaba after sub dividing our block. We are looking for a whole property or duplex to rent for 5-9 months (flexible with length of time but would like 5 months+).
We have a 9 month old baby girl, who is always very happy and chilled.
I am an electrician and refrigeration mechanic and we run an electrical business. We live quiet lives, normally working or spending time with family. We won't be having any parties or people over, we have family nearby and lots of work to do in regards to the build of our home.
We would treat your property like it's our own and are reliable at paying rent.
