Hi, my name is Dihan.

I came to Melbourne in 2018 to complete a Master of Biotechnology at Monash University, graduating in 2020. I am currently employed full-time as a Chemistry Analyst at Mérieux NutriSciences Australia, a leading company specialising in the testing of food, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetics. I hold a Temporary Graduate (485) visa, valid until October 2028, and my long-term goal is to continue building my career and life here in Australia.

Since January 2024, I have been living in a rooming house in Blackburn, where I have maintained an excellent record as a respectful and reliable tenant. I take pride in keeping my space clean, tidy, and well-organised, and I always pay rent on time. I often take initiative with household chores, such as taking out the bins and keeping shared areas neat, tasks that others may not consistently attend to. My current real estate agent, Winnie Wang, can confirm my reliability if required.

I am seeking a peaceful and well-maintained home that I can look after to a high standard for the long term. I need to vacate my current accommodation because the landlord has sold the property, and I would be very grateful to be considered for this rental.

As a tenant, you will find me to be tidy, respectful, and quiet. Outside of work, I enjoy visiting the Monash School of Music to play the grand piano, one of my personal passions.
