Hello!

My name is Vy. I will be moving to Brisbane to work as a Data Engineer for the Queensland Government starting on 12th January. I’m looking for a place I can move into on 31st December 10am (flight already booked). Please let me know if it's possible to move in this date :3

My workplace is in the CBD, on Mary Street, so I’m hoping to find somewhere within a 30–40 minute walk to the city. I enjoy walking, as it’s great for health! :3

I’m interested in a long-term rental, ideally for at least 2 years, if the place is a good fit.

I’m looking for a friendly household. I don’t mind age differences, but I’d feel more comfortable in a home with gender diversity or mostly females, as I’m female myself. I also love cooking at home rather than eating out, so a place where cooking is allowed would be perfect.

My budget is around $1,300 per month, including bills, but I’m open to negotiation.
