Hello, my name is Nurul Fitri. I am a PhD student at UNSW Sydney, currently living temporarily in Maroubra while searching for a stable, long-term home for the duration of my studies.
I am married, and although my husband is currently in Indonesia, he will be joining me at the beginning of December. We do not have children.
I am a tidy, organised, and responsible tenant. I take excellent care of my living space, maintain a hygienic environment, and always dispose of rubbish promptly. I respect shared areas, keep the home clean, and treat the property as if it were my own.
I live a quiet and peaceful lifestyle, always mindful of neighbours and building rules. I do not host parties, and I keep noise to a minimum.
I have a stable scholarship income, and I am financially reliable with a strong record of paying rent on time. I can provide proof of income, identification, and references upon request.
I am also easy to communicate with and always respond promptly to messages, which helps ensure a smooth relationship with the landlord or agent. I follow instructions carefully and report any maintenance issues responsibly and in a timely manner.
I am planning to stay in Sydney for the duration of my PhD, so I am looking for a clean, comfortable home where I can settle for the long term.
In my free time, I enjoy listening to music at a low volume, watching Netflix, reading, and relaxing.
