I'm a 53-year-old retired man who enjoys a clean house. I don't have many interests due to an injury, but I do smoke. I don't own pets or have kids, so my home stays peaceful and tidy.the reason that I have started looking for my own place is because I live with my mother and brother in a two bedroom unit and I find it hard to get in and out from the shower as it is in a bathtub and just to have my own space as well I have no issues with paying rent as I do receive weekly payments which I can provide I can also provide bond and rent on my own from my personal account I have a bit of furniture but I don't have a fridge or a washing machine so if it has them two things it would be great, I am more interested in a one bedroom unit or a bungalow for my self even a granny flat will do oooh while I remember no stairs please as I have a crook left leg, and if you have any more questions that you want to know about me please feel free to message me!
