Alvin

Hi! My name is Alvin, I’m 21 years old from Sweden, and I’m looking for my next place to call home on the Gold Coast. I’m currently here on a Working Holiday Visa, which was recently approved for my second year, so I’m well set up and settled for the long term.

I work full-time as a bartender down at the Burleigh Pavilion, which keeps me pretty busy during the week and especially weekends, but in my free time, I love staying active. You’ll usually find me at the gym, hanging at the beach, going for a surf, or playing sports.

As a housemate, I’m very easy-going, calm, and respectful of people’s space and routine. Having lived in shared housing before, I know how important it is to keep communal areas clean and reliable with rent. I’m always up for a good chat, a beer, or a coffee, but I also completely value downtime and quiet nights.
