Hi, I’m Joseph, 55, working full-time in IT with a mix of remote and office hours. I’m reliable, responsible, and keep a steady routine during the week.

I’m clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces. At home I tend to be on the quieter side, but I’m looking to socialise a bit more and enjoy a friendly, relaxed household. I don’t smoke, and I’m a social drinker.

I’m moving from Melbourne and looking for a place for 2–3 months initially, with the possibility of extending longer if it’s a good fit. I’d like a comfortable, stable home with like-minded housemates who value a calm, clean environment.
