Kaya

Hi! My name's Kaya, I'm a 24 year old PhD student moving to Sydney from the UK in January. I'm looking for a furnished room in a small sharehouse in west Sydney, preferably around the Newtown / Marrickville area. I'd like a nice, clean, and social home with open minded people. Especially since I'm new to the city, I'm super keen to be meeting people :)
I'm gonna be doing research in Sydney, so I'm not looking for a party house, but I'm not opposed to one now and again!

I love music, astronomy, art, and skateboarding. I won't be able to bring any instruments with me but I'd like to pick them back up when I arrive, and I'm always looking for live events to go to. Also, I don't have any pets but I'm defo not against them!

Since I won't be in Sydney until January 5th, I'm not going to be able to meet in person to chat and see the house. But I'm super happy to zoom or whatever to have a chat and see if we'd be a good fit.
