Hey! Would love to find someone else who is interested in the general Kedron/Chermside area for either a short, or long term rental with one other person. I'm a 23 year old guy, self proclaimed "artist" and looking forward to meeting with you! I am interested in many things; cooking, collecting, games, and just being extremely easy-going. Would love to move in with someone who is as willing to keep up our place as I would be. Clear communication is a must, but it feels a bit generic putting that there, so we'll see how that goes.

My work gives me flexible hours, but for the most part, I work night shift, so you'll have the house to yourself for atleast until 12-ish! But otherwise would love to just hang out when we do have the time together. I am quite an introvert, and I think being with a roommate would help me get out of my shell a bit more.

- I don't drive, so if there are any parking spots, you can take any, or both
- Pet-friendly place would be a great plus, while I don't have any to bring, I absolutely adore cats
- 🌿-friendly, just keep it outside
- EXTREMELY quiet
- very self contained, most of my life can fit into a room
- I can probably make up the difference in money if for example it's a $600/m and you're in the $270-290 range price if I get the larger bedroom
- I'd like there to at least be a little outside area, even a small balcony, I like to grow plants
