I'm a 34-year-old girl, who works full time as a graphic designer in the office. I enjoy movie nights, art, videography, street photography, singing and ice skating. My space is clean and tidy, but I understand the busyness of the week. Looking for situation that is a relaxed and friendly space that is approachable where I can unwind after a long day, and say hi. Looking for a decent ‘nicer’ quality place that has a ‘cookie cutter’ more contemporary look. Would be happy to room with just 1 other so we each get decent fridge and kitchen storage space. Not interested in fibreglass colonial style homes or Queenslanders. Thinking a townhouse around $700-800 mark to split? Preferably with a little balcony or mini grass strip for a few plants.
