Eunji

Hi, I’m Eunji (Grace) from Korea.
I’m moving to Sydney on a Working Holiday visa and will be studying a diploma course in the CBD. After that, I’ll be looking for a job, so I’m hoping to find a place where I can stay comfortably for a while.
I’m excited to learn new cultures and meet people from different backgrounds.

About the place I’m looking for:
• Fully furnished room (at least a bed, desk, and wardrobe)
• Easy access to the CBD with one direct transport only (no transfers), within 1 hour commute
• Women-only share house (this is important to me)

Nice to have (but flexible):
• Private bathroom (shared is also totally fine)
• A gym in the building or nearby, as I exercise regularly

A bit about me:
• I don’t smoke or drink.
• I’m a quiet, clean, and respectful housemate.
• I don’t bring friends over and I’m not into parties.
• I enjoy a calm home environment and love being active — running, cycling, and hiking.
• I’m cheerful and warm, and I truly appreciate the people and the space I live with.
• I’m a mix of introvert and extrovert — I value my personal downtime, but I also enjoy meaningful conversations and connecting with good people.
• I’m looking for a home where I can feel safe, warm, and at ease, and I always try to be a thoughtful and grateful housemate.

I’ll be arriving in Sydney on January 8th, 2026, so I’m looking for a place around that time.
