Hi my names Abby and I have just moved from London and am looking for a room to rent. I need to move ASAP as I am currently

I am looking to spend $350pw.

I am 21 and am really sociable. I love a wine night and a night out but also love a cosy and comfy night in. I’m really clean and tidy and would be respectful of shared areas.

I am also looking to make friends! I’d preferably love to live with females but
am flexible as I need to move fairly soon.

I am also really hard working. I spent the last year working back home in London as an Estate Agent and am looking for work as soon as i find somewhere to live so i can live close to my work.

I am looking on the Gold Coast in places like Surfers Paradis, Mermaid Beach & Waters, Burleigh, Robina, Varsity Lakes, Elanora… i’m quite flexible!
