Hello, my name is Tiago Alves. I am 21 years old and originally from Portugal. I have a strong interest in the field of exercise and fitness, as I enjoy learning about how the body works and how to improve health through movement and discipline.
I consider myself a calm, dedicated, and hardworking person. I always try to give my best in everything I do and to approach challenges with a positive attitude.
I am moving to Australia to improve my English skills and to gain valuable work experience. I believe this opportunity will not only help me grow professionally but also personally, as I meet new people and experience a different culture.
