I’m 19 years old and work full time in Disability employment services, I’m a quiet, easy-going and respectful person who values a clean and comfortable living space. I like to stay busy or if I’m home just keep to myself but always up for a chat.

I work in the Northern suburbs but I’m happy to be anywhere, I drive so getting to and from isn’t an issue with me, I just need a place! My budget is 200-350 weekly.

I have one cat who would be coming with me she’s fully house-trained, very friendly, and mostly keeps to herself. She does enjoy a pat and can be a little chatty at times, but she’s well behaved and used to living indoors. She’s also perfectly okay with outdoors and is responsible, she isn’t curious to explore beyond the property.

I do have a boyfriend, he would be staying with me also, we are both 19 and work full time, we are a quiet - keep to ourselves couple but always up to chat 🙂

I’m reliable with rent, take pride in keeping shared spaces tidy, cute, and would love to find a place where I can settle in long-term. I’m happy to answer any questions 😊
