I’m looking for a room to rent on the Gold Coast. I’m a small business owner doing property maintenance and am usually out working during the day.

• Non-smoker
• Small business owner (property maintenance)
• Quiet and keep to myself
• Have a motorcycle (need secure parking – garage or safe spot)
• Jet Ski and work trailer stored safely off-site

What I’m chasing:
• Private room
• Secure motorcycle parking
• Budget: $300–$350 per week
• Long-term preferred
• Move-in date is flexible
