Zakk

Hey everyone my name is Zakk and I’m looking for level headed individuals to stay with and a place to call home. I’m currently downstairs in my parents house paying $250 a week and really need to move out due to personal reasons. I don’t have pets but it’d be cool if you had a little dog. I don’t mind people having pets as long as they are chill.
I can afford more if need be but $300 is my preferred price + other expenses.

I work 2 jobs, Monday to Friday as a plumber, then I work weekends as a security guard on Friday and Saturday nights. Safe to say I’m a hard worker. I am looking for a mature roommate who is focused on their goals in life and prioritises growth. I don’t care what gender you are as long as you are clean and respectful. I’m pretty OCD when it comes to a clean space/environment so I don’t want to move in with any messy people! Very big on tidiness, fairness and good morality. Also don’t get me wrong I love to have fun… just because I do security doesn’t mean I always follow rules!

In my free time I love making music and going to the gym. I got a set of pioneer decks if anyone knows how to mix that’s a bonus. Also I'm not too bad at cooking.
