Hi! My name is Matías and I am a 27 y/o WHV holder looking for a place/room to rent.

I'm not looking for anything glamorous or expensive (but open to it if it's within my budget!), but a place that is clean, tidy and which convivence is respectful and positive. I'm rather extroverted so all the best if you like conversation and maybe the occasional tea/meal together. If not, please know I have no problem adapting too.

I'm respectful, cheerful and tidy, and take good care of the possessions that are not mine (and also those that are). I work in retail and am interested in a few hobbies such as martial arts and learning languages. In my relax time I like sitting down with my laptop and chatting with friends or chilling down watching a serie.

I hope these are characteristics you look for in a roomate. If you need extra details please let me know. And I'm also open to discussing any reasonable preference regarding home rules/convivence.
