My name is Andrew, and I’m from Taiwan. I have just arrived in Brisbane with a working holiday visa and I’m currently studying English at a language school (around B2 level).
I am a tidy and considerate non‑smoker. I like to cook simple meals, clean up after myself and keep common areas neat. I enjoy joining different activities with friends, but I don’t bring friends home, and I always respect other people’s privacy and sleeping time.
I prefer clear and reasonable house rules that everyone can follow, and I’m happy to discuss and respect them together with my flatmates.
I’m looking for a private room in a sharehouse with good public transport to the CBD, budget up to $300 per week including bills. I would like to stay from 7 December 2025 to 4 January 2026, with some flexibility to discuss the exact dates.
