Hi everyone! I’m Gavin, working full-time in audit. I’m an easy-going and extroverted person, but I also enjoy my quiet time and really value a peaceful home environment. I’m planning to move to Brisbane around 5 January 2026 from Melbourne and am looking for a room or a flatmate.

I prefer a clean, tidy and non-smoking living space. I’ve lived in Melbourne for the past three years with a solid rental history. I cook occasionally (light and healthy meals), go to the gym regularly, and keep things organised.
