Zara and Ethan

My partner Ethan and I are both university students seeking a shared ensuite room, and we believe we would be excellent, low-maintenance flatmates. We are financially stable and highly responsible; I balance two part-time roles in retail/hospitality and admin, while Ethan works at Parliament. You can be completely confident that our portion of the rent and bills will be covered promptly and without issue.

Our lifestyles are ideally suited for shared living: we are naturally very clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces. We take immediate responsibility for our own dishes, cooking mess, and belongings, believing a calm, organised home is essential.

We are also quiet and considerate, deeply mindful of noise levels and house harmony, especially given our own need for study time.

Socially, we are adaptable—happy to share a conversation or a meal but equally content to keep to ourselves, ensuring we never impose on your privacy or space.

Outside of our studies and work, my personal hobbies include cooking, baking, reading, and the gym, which means I appreciate and respect a well-functioning kitchen. We are ultimately looking for a respectful, clean household where we can contribute positively to the daily rhythm. We are serious, communicative, and eager to find a home where we, and you, can feel comfortable and focused.
