About me
Hi, I’m Iru Perera, 27, a full-time non-clinical healthcare worker. I’m an introverted, tidy person who appreciates a calm, clean and noise-free home environment. I don’t have pets and I’m looking for a shared house with a private bedroom and shared common areas (including the bathroom). I’m fine with either unfurnished or partially furnished rooms.
My budget is $250–$350 per week, and I need to be within walking distance to a train station as I don’t drive at the moment. I’m ready to move in from 18 December 2025.
