Hi! We are three people looking for a 3-bedroom house or apartment to move into from 1st May. Our budget is up to $500 per week.

We are:
• 24-year-old female (working full-time)
• 36-year-old mother (working full-time)
• 14-year-old daughter(studying)

We are quiet, clean, and responsible tenants who respect the home and neighbours. We live a peaceful lifestyle and keep the house tidy. We are looking for a safe and comfortable place to stay long-term.

We always pay rent on time and take good care of the property.
