Maxine

Hi there, I'm Maxine from China. I'll be starting my studies in Melbourne in July 2026, which will be a completely new journey.

I really enjoy exploring new things, like cities, old apartment buildings, small shops, and various activity venues; I believe everyone I meet can become a friend, so I'm very open to different cultures and the lifestyles that come with them. Maybe we can have breakfast together, go grocery shopping, and have coffee. If you feel the same way, that would be great.

As for the place we spend most of our time in, I hope it's vibrant. It might not always be as perfect as a show flat, but it will at least be clean and tidy. I might play music in my room (because I don't like wearing headphones for long periods), and I'll use the kitchen frequently, so maybe we can cook or eat together. In the evenings, we might study, read, or watch movies. In short, I hope my accommodation is warm and comfortable, and I hope my roommates are friendly and empathetic.
