Hi! I'm looking for a place or fine with team-ups to rent a place. I'm clean, respect others privacy but fine going out or having movie nights at weekends. I also cook 3-4 times a week to prep meals.

Here are my specific requirements:
• Location: Near station
• Layout: Private bedroom, shared or onwed bathroom are both fine
• Preferred Areas: Chatswood, Burwood, Wolli Creek, near CBD (or any place under 20 mins to CBD)
• Key Amenities:
- Air conditioning (preferred).
- Fully furnished or basic furnished are both welcomed.

Budget: Max 420$ included bills
Move-in date: June to July
