Hi everyone!

My name is Seon Yeong, I’m a 25-year-old female from Korea, and I’ll be staying in Australia on a student visa. I’m currently looking for a comfortable and fully furnished room — either a private room or a female-only room share.

I can move in any time from 19 January 2026, and my budget is up to $280 per week.

A bit about me: I’m friendly, sociable, and a very positive person. I’m tidy, respectful, and enjoy living in a stable, peaceful home. I get along well with others and appreciate good communication and mutual respect.

I’m hoping to find a place in Melbourne CBD, or in nearby suburbs that are within about 30 minutes to the city by tram. A furnished room is essential, as I won’t have my own furniture.
