Hey im Courtney Im a full time tafe student into exercise, coffee, learning new things especially anything mechanical or welding stuff. Im very friendly and love to help out if needed anyway i can. I'd prefer to not live with Any cats as im allergic, and a max of 3 other people. Im extremely clean and very concious of other people's space and privacy I expect the same for myself. I don't drink or smoke. I do require safe parking for my car, aircon and a wardrobe and a fully furnished room please. My budget is $285.00 all inclusive:)
