I’m currently living in Newcastle and planning to move to Sydney in January. I work full-time over four days and will be working from home.

Ideally, I’d love to live with people in their mid to late 20s or early 30s who are friendly, sociable and open to becoming friends. I don’t know too many people in Sydney yet, so it would be really nice to live in a place where everyone’s happy to hang out from time to time. That said, I also really value my own downtime, so i understand the importance of personal space.

On weekends you’ll usually find me at the beach or catching up with friends/family. I’m pretty easygoing and always keen to do things together every now and then whether that’s a walk, cooking dinner, a drink, night out or just a chat. I’m tidy, considerate and respectful of shared spaces.

I also have a tiny chihuahua I’d love to bring along. She’s super chill, quiet and really cute, but if pets aren’t possible I do have other arrangements for her, so I’m flexible.

I’m ideally looking for a 6–12 month lease. My budget is $400, though I’d be willing to pay a bit more for the right place.
