25 year old, English girl looking to find a place to call home until January however potentially could be longer -

By the 25th of September I’ll need to have found a place to settle for a few months. I’m looking for a comfortable space, tidy home ( preferably with pets) 🐶🐱and the room has to be furnished!
$400pw ( maximum ) including bills!!!!

I’m very respectful, love a good yap, cooking, occasional drink, I’m outgoing, positive mindset but also love my alone time too. Would like to share with people of a similar age, similar mindset and hopefully become friends as well as house mates.

I work part-time in hospitality in surfers paradise and i work from home in sales so the house can’t be a party house. I also have a car so will need some kind of parking.
