My English name is Julie Shin, and I recently applied for this rental property. I understand how competitive the rental market is, so I wanted to introduce myself a little more personally.

I’m originally from South Korea.
I have recently completed four months of farm work in Bundaberg to qualify for my second Working Holiday visa. I am currently staying at a hostel until the 23rd, and I am hoping to secure a long-term place and move in as soon as possible after that.

I am a responsible and reliable tenant, and after living in shared accommodation, I am very respectful of shared spaces and the property. I am looking for a stable place where I can settle in and focus on work.

If possible, I would love to attend an inspection.
I am available for inspections between the 18th and the 22nd.
